The Aisin name first became familiar to our area with the groundbreaking ceremony at Aisin Mfg. Illinois, which took place in October 2001. This was the first Aisin plant in Illinois, which focuses on the assembly of sunroofs, power slide door modules, and door locks. Aisin then continued their expansion when they broke ground on their second plant, Aisin Light Metals (LLC), in October 2003. Aisin Light Metals’ products include bumper reinforcements and ABS bodies. With the groundbreaking of Aisin Electronics Illinois, LLC in July 2004, Aisin Electronics Illinois, LLC became the third Aisin plant located in our community.

Crisp Container was opened in 1997 as a 100,000 square foot plastic bottle manufacturing plant on Skyline Drive in Marion which serves some bottling and freight needs for PMA and others.

Dayempur Herbals is a seed-to-shelf business that makes and sells natural herbal remedies. Our herbs are Certified Naturally Grown, and we purchase organic herbs and ingredients from local and known sources. We use traditional methods to handcraft tinctures/liquid extracts, infused oils, salves, syrups and sprays.

Majestic Restoration was established in 1979 by James Mueller originally know as Mobile Clean. The name was later changed to Majestic Janitorial. In the last few years James saw the need to expand the services his business had to offer, and Majestic Restoration was created to do just that.

Majestic Restoration employs fully qualified specialists in mold testing and is ready to supply you with the tools needed to remediate. Our goal is not only to guide the client in removing visible mold from your home, but to stop it at it’s source (moisture, water leaks, flood damage). We offer basement leak repair and sealing, crawl space repair and more. Whatever it takes to remove the source of the problem and improve the quality of the air you breath.

Pepsi MidAmerica has grown into the largest family owned Pepsi bottlers in the United States. The plant, which was the newest in the world in 1969, continues to grow and upgrade as new products are taken on. The number of jobs has increased by over three times since 1975. PMA continues to improve as a company including adding full-line vending through most of the region and an in-house Priority Care center for co-workers and their families. We hope that the best of what we do here will continue to pour over into the lives of others in our MidAmerican region for years to come.
