The American Legion is built on a promise from men and women who swore with their lives to defend and protect the United States through military service. The promise begins at enlistment, grows through training and discipline in the U.S. Armed Forces and continues after discharge, as veterans in service to community, state and nation.

The Fallen Outdoors (TFO) is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to organizing outdoor adventures such as hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping for Veterans, active-duty service members, and Gold Star families. Founded in 2009 by three soldiers during their deployment in Afghanistan, The Fallen Outdoors works with service members from every generation and from all branches of the military to create meaningful connections and introduce them to lifelong outdoor pursuits.

Our main campus provides primary care and specialty health services, including mental health care, addiction and substance abuse treatment, cardiology, diabetes care, treatment for spinal cord injuries and disorders, vascular surgery, and more.
