Farmers State Bank of Alto Pass has completed its acquisition of Williams & Associates Insurance LLC, located in Eldorado, Harrisburg, and Marion, Illinois.
As a product of that acquisition, Williams & Associates Insurance has transitioned into the Farmers State Bank family under its new name, FSB Insurance.
Williams & Associates Insurance has been co-owned by the Williams Family and Farmers State Bank of Alto Pass since 2002. In December of 2021, Farmers State Bank of Alto Pass completed the purchase of Williams & Associates Insurance in its totality.
