Marion, IL – October 10, 2023 – The Marion Chamber of Commerce proudly hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony today to celebrate the official opening of Bits & Pieces Arts and Antiques, which opened its doors on September 24th. Located in the heart of downtown Marion, the store is poised to become a vibrant hub for local artists and vintage enthusiasts.
Chamber Executive Director Karen Mullins welcomed a diverse crowd of community members and business leaders, noting the significance of this new addition to the downtown area. Mayor Michael Absher echoed these sentiments, highlighting the importance of small businesses and create a diverse community to downtown Marion.
During the ceremony, owners Matt and Jennifer expressed their heartfelt thanks to those in attendance. “We are truly grateful for the support we’ve received from our community and hte opportunity to be part of downtown Marion,” they said.
