The MPD is asking for businesses to fill out this contact form in case of emergencies. They are wanting to create an internal directory of sorts so they are able to quickly connect with owners/managers. I've attached the link to our website where the fillable form is. I will also attach a plain PDF. This can be returned in person to the station or sent to comms@marionpolicedept.com.
